
Relax Kids believes that relaxation and a positive outlook are the keys to good mental health, self-esteem, emotional intelligence, and resilience.
My mission is to give children and young people the tools they need to manage stress and anxiety, and to feel more confident and resourceful when facing life’s challenges.
Relax Kids supports children in building strong emotional wellbeing through relaxation, meditation, and positive values. The unique 7-step system gently follows a child’s natural energy flow, helping them move into a calm, focused state where they feel safe and ready to learn.
I trained with Relax Kids in 2017, while teaching in a school where many children needed extra support with their mental health and wellbeing. My love for helping children to feel emotionally safe and confident has continued to grow ever since, and is the driving force behind my journey to complete a Postgraduate Diploma in Child Therapy.

Through relaxation, mindfulness, and positive psychology techniques, children learn lifelong skills that support their emotional and mental well-being.

I offer small group sessions for up to eight children within schools. These sessions provide a fun, supportive space to explore relaxation, mindfulness, and emotional well-being together.
For children or young people with more specific social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs, I recommend 1:1 Play Therapy to provide a more tailored and personalised approach.
